Education: B.sc / M.sc + M.Phil. (Biotechnology / zoology / Microbiology)

Experience: 2 to 4 years preferred from Biotechnology / Pharma / Life science industry in Wet Lab.

Job Description

Strong technical communication with the customer.
Proper and accurate technical reply to the customers in a stipulated time.
Keeping Proper coordination, strategic discussions, technical guidance and direction to the field people including our principles company people based at Pune.
Sending technical mailers to the customer periodically for new products as and when come.
Launching at least two fast flowing products in a week by email or telecom to the customer.
Planning and implementing the new product/business strategies for aggressive promotion of the products.
Creating and maintaining the customer database with the product consumption.
Strong follows up of the ongoing leads, projects with the help of sales executives.
Maintaining the authentic records of the field activities.
Achieving defined business Targets and related assignments.

Dr. Bikash Aich

Bikash-Sir After completing M.Sc. medical in the subject of Pharmacology from one of the reputed medical college of Western India, B.J Medical college, Dr .Aich started his journey in career as Lecturer in Pharmacy and Medical colleges. In his stir to build his career in the pharmaceutical Industry he pursued MBA degree and later on joined pharmaceutical companies where he was successful in building multi-crore brands. His equal enthusiasm in drug development as persuaded him for the award of Ph.D by University of Pune in “Small molecule development”. The most significant achievement of Dr. Aich is as an entrepreneur to initiate a state of the art Biotechnology company called geneOmbio Technologies (Pune) that now sways dream of hundreds of aspirants wishing to make a mark in the biotechnology map of the country. Dr. Bikash’s passion for the chemical and pharmaceutical analysis have helped him to achieve another successful land mark by setting up Aavanira Biotech (Pune), which is equipped with latest analytical and development instrumentation, totally dedicated for high profile R & D and testing in both biotechnological and chemical technologies.

Dr. Mukesh Vinze

After completing Doctorate degree in Biochemistry from a reputed institute like National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, and Dr. Vinze started his professional journey as Associate Professor in Biotechnology and has taught B.Sc and M.Sc students. Later on in a bid to accept challenging professional career he joined the mainstream Biotech Industry.

After having more than 15 years of overall experience during which he worked closely with scientists from reputed institutes like Merck , USA, Artes Biotech, Germany, Synco Biopartners, Netherlands and Vacsera, Egypt for technology transfer and product development as a leader in biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing with knowledge of international cGMP norms mainly in vaccine industry specifically Bacterial and recombinant vaccines, Dr Vinze diversified his career in to Dairy Industry with an aim to develop DVS cultures to be used in dairy industry for manufacturing of various fermented milk products.

Dr Mukesh Vinze has extensively travelled across US, Europe and Asia, is well conversant with these working norms and patterns and is an accomplished professional known for public communication abilities, inter personal skills and project management skills.

Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane

Logistics is a key component of the modern economy. Mr. Chandrakant Sonawane has 13 years experience in Logistic and Supply chain management. He plays an important role in making the product conform to customer requirements and also involves efficient integration of suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and stores and encompasses the firms’ activities at many levels, from the strategic level through the tactical to the operational level. The domain of logistics activities is to provide customers with the right goods in the right place at the right time. The major issue that he attempts to resolve is to decide how and when raw-materials, semi-finished, and finished goods should be acquired, moved, and stored. He involves taking a look at the various components involved in the process and selecting the best logistics process among the alternatives.
